Man Arrested for Westover Hills Rape

Richmond Police have arrested Hubert D. Anderson, 21, in connection with a rape this morning in the 400 block of Westover Hills Boulevard.

A woman reported that a known male sexual assaulted her around 5:00 a.m.

Anderson is in custody.
