Persons of Interest Sought in Vandalism
First Precinct detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying these individuals in the attached photo who are suspects in a vandalism that occurred in the Shockoe Bottom area.
Shortly after midnight, November 17, these individuals were captured on a nearby surveillance camera spray painting graffiti on a building located in the area of 23 South 13th Street. One male was last seen wearing a dark colored baseball hat, dark colored coat, dark pants, dark shoes and glasses. The second male was last seen wearing a yellow coat, dark colored baseball hat, dark pants and has blonde hair.
