Suspect Sought in Theft and Fraud Investigation
Richmond Police detectives are asking the public to identify this suspect in an investigation involving theft of credit cards and fraud.
The adult female in the bank surveillance photos is suspected of stealing a new bank card from a delivery on the victim’s porch. This female made multiple withdrawals with the card from several banks in Richmond and Henrico County in late November and early December 2025. These withdrawals totaled several thousand dollars.
Detectives have been investigating this incident and are now asking the public for their assistance in identifying the suspect.
In the event of a debit or credit card being stolen, detectives urge the public to:
Freeze or cancel the card at once.
Report it to police and your financial institution immediately.
Develop sound financial habits:
Review recent transactions – look for small ‘test’ charges from $1-$5 and report anything suspicious.
Set up transaction alerts for purchases, ATM withdrawals or online purchases.
