Arrest Made in Spotsylvania
Street Homicide Investigation
Richmond Police detectives have made an arrest in the
homicide that occurred last month on Spotsylvania Street.
Elijah
Hicklin, 22, of Richmond, was charged with
murder in relation to the homicide of Dameon Felix, 20, of
Richmond. His booking photo is attached.
At approximately
11:56 p.m., Sunday, December 21, officers responded to the 1600 block
of Spotsylvania Street after the gunshot detection system reported a
gunfire alert. Officers arrived and located an adult male, Felix, down on
the ground with an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
