Fugitive Twin in Custody Following Days-Long Search

Following days of tirelessly searching for a fifth suspect involved in the homicide of a mother and her infant child last week and the shooting and injuring of three others, the Richmond Police Department, with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force and the FBI, last night took the final known suspect into custody.

Kevon Bynum, 18, was arrested without incident and has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder. His booking photo is attached.
