Suspects Sought in Semmes Avenue Robbery

Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to identify the suspects in the attached photos who are persons of interest in a robbery that occurred early this morning.

At 1:17 a.m. this morning, officers responded to the 2100 block of Semmes Avenue for a report of a robbery.  Two armed black male suspects whose faces were partially covered entered the store and demanded money. One suspect had a handgun and the other was armed with a knife. 

The pair took cash from the business and robbed the only customer inside the store. They then fled on foot. No one was injured.

The first suspect is described as a 6-foot tall light-skinned black male with a skinny build, approximately 30 years old, who was wearing a black T-shirt, black jeans and a black baseball cap at the time of the incident. The second suspect is described as a 5-foot, 8-inch tall dark-skinned black male, age 24-25, with a medium build wearing black shorts and no shirt.
