The Richmond Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman, Eulalia L. Winston. Winston, 86, was last seen in the 1900 block of
Winston
possibly suffers from dementia and may be disoriented or appear confused.
Winston
is a black female, five feet two inches tall, approximately 185 pounds with
grey hair. She was last seen wearing a brown jacket, orange pants, blue socks
and blue tennis shoes.

who sees Winston or has information about her whereabouts is asked to call
