Hundreds
of people are expected to march from Monroe Park to the State Capitol for the
Red for Ed march and rally on Monday.
The
Franklin Street bike lane from Belvidere Street to 9th Street will
be closed from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, January 28.
There
will also be no parking during these hours on the north side of Franklin Street
adjacent to the bike lane.
