Stuart Avenue Death Investigation
At approximately 2:40 p.m., officers were called to the 3500 block of Stuart Avenue for the report of a person shot. Officers arrived and located an adult male in an apartment building, down and unresponsive. He had suffered an apparent gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
At this time, detectives do not believe this was a random act and are investigating.
