Victim Identified in Midlothian Turnpike Homicide Investigation
Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim of the homicide that occurred on Thursday on Midlothian Turnpike as Anthony Bagby, 60, of Henrico.
At approximately 12:45 a.m., May 16, officers were called to the 3600 block of Midlothian Turnpike for the report of a shooting. Officers arrived and found an adult male, Bagby, inside of a vehicle with an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
