Can You Help Us Find This Missing Man?
The Richmond Police Department needs the public’s help to find a man suffering from medical issues who is missing.
Floyd Pendleton Smith, 59, was last seen by his son at 2 a.m. today in the 700 block of Stockton Street. Smith, pictured below, is described as a black male with black hair and brown eyes, approximately 5’10 feet tall and weighing 180 pounds.
He was last seen wearing an orange, hooded sweatshirt, a big puffy dark blue jacket with white trim, a Redskins baseball cap and gloves. He wears glasses and has a bushy mustache.
Family members and detectives are concerned about Smith’s whereabouts because he has medical issues and is unfamiliar with the area.
Anyone who has information about Smith’s whereabouts is asked to call the Department’s Information Desk at (804) 646-0400 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000. Citizens can also text Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip. Both Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.
