The
Richmond Police Department’s Crash Team investigators have identified the male
driver killed in a single vehicle fatality Tuesday night as Terral L. Tyler,
37, of Richmond.
At
approximately 11:43 p.m. Tuesday, Tyler was driving a vehicle south in the 1800
block of Brook Road when it went off the roadway to the right. Tyler’s
vehicle struck a concrete planter box and the vehicle flipped onto its roof and
caught on fire. Debris from the crash caused damage to three unoccupied park
vehicles.
Tyler
was transported to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
