The Richmond Police
Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man.
Norman W.
Carter, 64, was last seen
leaving an assisted living home in the 600 block of N. 32nd Street on July
22, 2020. He suffers from numerous mental health issues and is not
familiar with Richmond.
Carter is
approximately 5’ 10” and weighs about 180 pounds.
