Victim Identified in Fairfield Avenue Homicide Investigation

Police detectives have identified the victim in the homicide on Fairfield
Avenue as Kennard Hall, 42, of Richmond.
At approximately 11:59 p.m., August 31, officers were called to the 2100 block of Fairfield Avenue for the report of a person shot. Officers arrived and found an adult male, Hall, down on the ground with an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
