Nelson Street Death
Investigation
Today at approximately
5:54 p.m., officers were called to the 1200 block of Nelson Street for
the report of a person shot. Officers arrived and found an adult male, inside
of a residence down on the floor with an apparent gunshot wound. He was
pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives
have determined that this shooting is domestic-related, and one person has been
taken into custody. Detectives are not looking for anyone else. This
investigation is on-going.
The Medical
Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
