RPD to Promote Nine from within its Ranks
What: The Richmond Police Department will promote nine officers as they continue their service to the Richmond community.
- Richmond Chief Administrative Officer Odie Donald II will offer remarks to the one new lieutenant and eight
sergeants being promoted.
- RPD
officers will be pinned with their new badges and receive a charge from Chief
Rick Edwards.
When: 10 a.m., TOMORROW, Thursday, October 2
