RPD to Promote 12 from within its Ranks
What: The Richmond Police Department will promote 12 officers
as they continue their service to the Richmond community.

Richmond Mayor Danny
Avula will offer remarks to the four new
lieutenants and eight sergeants being promoted.

RPD officers will be pinned with
their new badges and receive a charge from Chief Rick Edwards.
