The Richmond Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man, Melvin C. Bolling. Bolling has been known to frequent the area around VCU Medical Center and may appear confused. His photo is attached.
Bolling,
91, of the 2500 block of Glenlea Avenue, has been missing for several days.
Bolling
is a black male, five feet nine inches tall and approximately 160 pounds.
