The Richmond
Police Department has identified the person who was shot and killed yesterday
on the city’s south side.
At approximately
11:21 a.m., RPD officers were called to the 1100 block of Floral Avenue
for a report of a shooting. They quickly located the body of William Reed,
Jr., 22, of the 300 block of Erich Road, Richmond, lying in the roadway.
There is no
suspect description to share at this time.
