The Richmond Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect in a shooting that occurred in the Chamberlayne Avenue corridor last month.
LaDaniel Womack is wanted for malicious wounding, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony (x3) and other charges. He is considered armed and dangerous. His photo is attached.
At approximately 10:51 p.m. on Tuesday, January 5, officers responded to the Chamberlayne Avenue corridor area for the report of a shooting. Officers arrived and found an adult male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
