Fatal Collision on Hull Street

This afternoon the Richmond Police Department Crash Team responded to the scene of a fatal collision on Hull Street involving a motorcycle and a sedan.

At approximately 4:06 p.m., an adult male and sole occupant was operating a motorcycle westbound on Hull Street when the motorcycle collided with another vehicle in the intersection of East 37th Street.  The motorcycle operator was pronounced dead at the scene. The sedan stayed on scene. The driver of the sedan and sole occupant, an adult female, was not injured.

Hull Street was closed in both directions near East 37th Street to accommodate the investigation. The RPD Crash Team took measurements, interviewed witnesses and is investigating the collision. At this time, no charges have been filed.
