Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in Sunday morning’s homicide as Shon Jordan, 30, of Richmond.
Sunday morning at approximately 9:51 a.m., Richmond Police officers responded to the 2100 block of Phaup Street for the report of shots fired and a person down. Officers arrived and found an adult male, Jordan, who had sustained gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The Medical Examiner will determine cause and manner of death.
