Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in Monday night’s homicide as Orlando Shaw, 48, of Chesterfield.
At approximately 7:38 p.m., officers responded to the 1600 block of Commerce Road for the report of a person shot. Officers located an adult male, Shaw, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Medical Examiner will determine cause and manner of death.
