Victim Identified in Westover Hills Boulevard Homicide Investigation
Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in the homicide on Westover Hills Boulevard as Ebony Allen, 42, of Richmond.
At approximately 8:07 p.m., Sunday, May 4, officers were called to the 600 block of Westover Hills Boulevard for the report of a person shot. Officers arrived and located an adult female, Allen, inside of a vehicle with an apparent gunshot wound. She was transported to a local hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
