Victim Identified in Broad Rock Boulevard Homicide Investigation
Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in the homicide on Broad Rock Boulevard as Angelica Arana-Roche, 44, of Richmond.
At approximately 2:42 p.m., Tuesday, April 29, officers were called to the 2100 block of Broad Rock Boulevard for the report of a person down. Once on scene, officers located an adult female, Arana-Roche, down in a wooded area. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
