Suspect Sought in Series
of ABC Store Thefts
Richmond Police detectives are asking for the public’s assistance
in identifying a suspect involved in a series of thefts at Virginia ABC stores within
the city.
Over the past several weeks, the suspect has been involved
in multiple incidents at the following locations:
- 4118
W. Broad Street
- 1901
W. Main Street
In each case, the suspect entered the store, filled a
shopping basket or cart with multiple bottles of alcohol, and left without
attempting to pay. Surveillance footage shows the suspect dressed in both
traditionally male and female attire on different occasions. Surveillance
images of the suspect are included below.

this suspect is asked to contact Third Precinct Detective D. Osbourne at
