Suspect Sought in Peeping Tom Incident

Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to identify the male in the attached photo who is believed to be a suspect in a peeping tom incident that occurred last week.

At approximately 9:13 p.m. on Tuesday, September 25, an unknown male is seen on surveillance footage looking into windows in the back of a residence in the 4200 block of Folsom Road. The victim told police the suspect also climbed onto a folding table and attempted to look into the bathroom window at the residence. 

The suspect is described a Hispanic male between 30-40 years of age. He was last seen wearing a long sleeve shirt, jeans, and dark shoes. He had a moustache at the time of the incident.
