UPDATE: Missing Richmond Man Found in Texas

A missing Richmond man, David T. Sines, who was last seen several weeks ago in Richmond was located in Dallas, Texas yesterday.

Sines, 66, of the 1000 block of West 48th Street, last reported to his workplace in Scott’s Addition on Thursday, February 7. Sines is known to drive a green 1997 Chevrolet pickup truck with Texas license plate JDG9591. He also is known to frequent the Forest Hill area.


Sines is safe and has been reunited with friends.

The Richmond Police Department is asking for the public’s help in reuniting a missing man with family and friends.
David T. Sines was last seen Thursday, February 7.

Sines, 66, of the 1000 block of West 48th Street, last reported to his workplace in Scott’s Addition on Thursday, February 7. Sines is known to drive a green 1997 Chevrolet pickup truck with Texas license plate JDG9591. He also is known to frequent the Forest Hill area.

It is unknown what Sines was last wearing, but is usually wearing glasses and work boots. Sines is approximately 6’2” tall and weighs approximately 190 pounds. He has blue eyes, gray hair, and walks with a limp.
