Person of Interest Sought in Jackson Ward Wallet Theft

Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to identify a person of interest in a recent wallet theft in Jackson Ward.

Between 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 2 and 10 a.m. on Monday, February 4, an unknown suspect stole the victim’s wallet from her bedroom.  The victim stated she had a party at her residence in the 100 block of West Leigh Street on that Saturday, but she did not realize her wallet was missing until Monday.

The person of interest then used the victim’s credit card at the Village Cafe, located on West Grace Street.
