Reward Offered for Information in Terrence Easter Homicide

Total Possible Reward Up To $12k

RICHMOND, VA— The Richmond Police Department announced today that additional reward money is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for the murder of 20 year-old Terrence Easter of Richmond, Virginia.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Washington Field Division is offering a reward of up to $10,000, in addition to the family of Easter who is offering up to $1,000 along with Crime Stoppers’ $1,000 reward, for a total of up to $12,000.

On August 21, 2021, Richmond Police officers responded to the 1300 block of Coalter Street for the report of a shooting. Officers arrived and located an adult male, Easter, with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The crime is being investigated jointly by RPD and ATF.
