Today at approximately 11:57 a.m., RPD officers responded to the 1900 block of Richmond Highway for the report of a shooting. RPD officers located an adult male down and unresponsive suffering from a gunshot wound. He succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Medical Examiner will determine cause and manner of death.
