Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in Monday night’s homicide as Jayce Folkner, 29, of Henrico.
Last night at approximately 9:55 p.m., Richmond Police responded to the 4100 block of Hull Street Road for the report of a shooting. Officers arrived and located an adult male, Folkner, in a parked vehicle unresponsive with an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
