At approximately 6:38 a.m., this morning, Richmond Police officers were called to the 4900 block of Titus Road for the report of a person down. Officers arrived and located an adult male with an apparent gunshot wound who was deceased in the roadway.
The Medical Examiner will determine manner and cause of death.
