Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in Monday morning’s death investigation as Jarrod Murray, 28, of Richmond.
Yesterday at approximately 11:57 a.m., RPD officers responded to the 1900 block of Richmond Highway for the report of a shooting. RPD officers located an adult male, Murray, down and unresponsive suffering from a gunshot wound. He succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
