Victim Identified in Coalter Street Homicide
Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in this morning’s homicide on Coalter Street as Nathaniel Mangram, 22, of Richmond.
This morning at approximately 1:52 a.m., officers were called to the 1300 block of Coalter Street for the report of a person shot. Officers arrived and found an adult male down and unresponsive in the front yard of a structure. He had suffered an apparent gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
