ATM Robbery Suspect Sought





Richmond Police investigators need the public’s help to identify and find the man pictured below who robbed another man at gunpoint at an ATM.

Just after midnight on Jan. 5, the victim pulled his vehicle up to the Wachovia ATM at 1800 Chamberlayne Ave. to withdraw some money. Moments later, a man walked up to the victim’s vehicle and demanded money at gunpoint. The victim quickly drove off.

The suspect was last seen standing at the ATM. He is described as a black male with a brown complexion in his mid-30s, about 5’7” and weighing about 165 pounds. He was wearing a ski mask which covered the lower half of his face.
