The Richmond Police Department has identified the man
stabbed to death yesterday in the 300
block of East Belt Boulevard Lawson Street .
In less than 20 hours of the crime, detectives arrested Troy McMahan, 34, and Harley McMahan, 32,
both of the 300 block of East Belt
Boulevard , and charged them each with conspiracy
to commit murder. Additional charges are pending.
