The
Richmond Police Department is asking for help from the public to identify a
person seen in pictures with a homicide victim a few hours before she was
found.
The pictures shows an unidentified male walking with the victim, Dawn S. Dutcher,
50, of Richmond, in the 3200 block of Hull Street during the early
morning hours of November 7th. A few hours later, at approximately 7:45
a.m., Dutcher’s body was found a short distance away, in an alley of the 3300
block of Decatur Street.

who can identify the person in the pictures is asked to call Major Crimes
