Suspect Sought in Credit Card Fraud

Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to identify the individual in the attached photo, who is suspected of using stolen credit cards to make fraudulent purchases.

On October 14, 2020, the victim received notifications that two of his credit cards were being used at multiple businesses in the city. The last purchases were made at the GameStop store on Forest Hill Avenue, which is where the photo of the suspect was taken.

The victim believes this happened after his wallet was stolen from his motor vehicle in Henrico County.
