Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in Saturday’s homicide on St. Paul Street as Grayson Babbs, a male in his 20’s.
Saturday at approximately 2:11 a.m., Richmond Police Department officers were called to the 900 block of St. Paul Street for the report of a person shot. Officers arrived and found an adult male on the sidewalk, down and unresponsive, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Medical Examiner will determine cause and manner of death.
