BACKGROUND: Richmond Police Department Chief Gerald M. Smith will analyze crime in Richmond for the first part of 2021 and speak about several RPD initiatives.
“As our community continues to re-open safely from COVID-related closures, people are making choices about where to live, work and play this summer,” said Chief Gerald M. Smith. “We’ll share the information on crime trends and discuss our collaborative efforts with the public as we focus on a successful second half of 2021 and beyond.”
