Richmond Police detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual in the attached photos who is a person of interest in two commercial burglaries that occurred just hours apart at the Lowe’s Home Improvement store in the 1600 block of West Broad Street.
At approximately 11:25 p.m., February 6, officers were called to the location for the report of a burglary. Officers made contact with an employee who stated that the business was closed and that there was an individual who was seen on camera at 10:08 p.m. stealing items from the business. The suspect fled on foot with several items prior to police arrival.
At approximately 4:55 a.m., February 7, the same suspect returned to the closed business and stole more items and fled on foot.
The suspect was last seen wearing brown coveralls, and a dark colored knit hat with white or light-colored designs on it.
