RPD to Promote 12 from within its Ranks
What:
The Richmond Police Department will promote twelve officers as they continue
their service to the Richmond community.
- Mayor Levar M. Stoney
will offer remarks to the two captains, four lieutenants and six sergeants
being promoted.
- RPD
officers will be pinned with their new badges and receive a charge from Chief
Rick Edwards.
