The Richmond Police Department is
asking for the public’s help in locating a missing person.
Candis H. Bellah, 32, is missing from the 3800
block of Chamberlayne Avenue. Bellah was last seen in Washington, D.C. on
Monday, March 16 and was expected to return to Richmond on that same day but
has not been seen.
