Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to
identify the man in the photos who is wanted for stealing tools from a truck in
January.
At approximately 2:31 p.m. on Tuesday, January 28, this man
reportedly stole several tools from a work truck that was parked in an alley in
the 2600 block of Melbourne Street.
He was last seen wearing a blue pom-pom hat with a white
design, a black coat with fur around the hood, and black shoes.
Detectives ask anyone with any information about this man’s
