An investigation by the Richmond Police Internet Crimes Unit has resulted in the arrest of a local figure skating coach.David K. Loncar, 46, of 3600 Waterside Court in Henrico has been charged with one count of possession of child pornography. He was arrested yesterday at his home by the Virginia State Police, assisted by Henrico County and Richmond Police. Loncar’s computers and other evidence were taken by investigators.
Loncar is an independent contractor who taught figure skating classes at Skate Nation. He is no longer associated with the facility.
