Creighton Road Homicide

Richmond Police investigators are following up on several leads in reference to this weekend’s homicide.

At approximately 12:27 a.m. on Saturday, officers received several calls of shots fired in the 2100 block of Creighton Road. When they arrived, they found Herman H. Braxton, 28, of the 4900 block of Old Brook Road, suffering from a gunshot wound.

He was transported to VCU Medical Center where he later died of his injuries.
