Arrest Made in BB&T Bank Robbery

The Richmond Police Department has made an arrest in Friday's bank robbery at the BB&T Bank.

At 3:03 p.m., a man walked into the BB&T Bank at 4710 Walmsley Boulevard and passed a note to the teller that demanded money. He did not display a weapon and left on foot. Later that night, detectives and officers identified and located a suspect and arrested him without incident.

Officers arrested Nathaniel Bryant, 54, of the 4200 block of Narbeth Avenue and charged him with bank robbery. His photo is attached.
