Arrests Made in Warwick Village Drive Homicide

Three people have been arrested and charged in connection with an October murder on the city’s Southside.

Christopher Burch, 19, of the 3000 block of Enslow Avenue, was arrested this afternoon in Orange County, Florida, by the Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force, which worked closely with the U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force in Richmond. Burch was charged with conspiracy to commit murder.

Timothy O’Neal Bullock, 36, of the 3200 block of Woodrow Avenue, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force on Oct. 29 and indicted for murder and use of a firearm during the commission of a felony on Nov. 5. His mugshot is attached.

Bobby Lee Harris, 20, of the 1500 block of Blair Street, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force on Nov. 5 and charged with conspiracy to commit murder. His mugshot is attached.

All three were charged in connection with the murder of Darius C. Artis, 24, of the 600 block of Warwick Village Drive, that occurred at approximately 8:46 p.m. on Oct. 19 at his residence.
