Richmond
Police detectives have charged two people, but are still looking for a third in
connection to a homicide that occurred earlier this month.
Jimmar Payne, 21, and Sheanne U. Rivera, 20, both of St.
Croix, Virgin Islands, have been arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit
murder. Their mugshots are not available for release.
Detectives
are asking for the public’s help to locate J’Wa
E. Charlery, 19, also of St. Croix, Virgin Islands, on the same charge. His
photo is attached.
The
charge stems from the Nov. 2
homicide of Eboniece M. Escobar, 22,
of New York, New York, at the Clarion Hotel at 3207 N. Boulevard just before 10
p.m. When officers arrived that day, they found the victim inside a hotel
room suffering from a gunshot wound. She died at the scene.

are asking anyone with information about this crime or Charlery’s whereabouts to
